Upon receipt, our skilled team members will inspect the item and contact you to discuss the repair needed. Most repairs are performed at no cost.

When returning an item for repair, we want the process to be easy, secure and efficient. To request a repair, simply contact Ring Shop and a team member will coordinate the entire repair and arrange shipping. You will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) number after you contact Ring Shop. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.
