At Ring Shop, we want your jewelry to sparkle! Even though you purchased your jewelry online, you can still receive complementary maintenance services any time on your Ring Shop purchases. Services include tightening and cleaning of all precious stones, tightening of locking mechanisms and buffing metal.

We encourage you to use our free ringsizer or contact us to discuss sizing concerns prior to purchase in order to determine the right finger size at the time of the order. However, we also offer resizing services in case the ring size is too loose or too tight. We will make every effort to resize the ring for you at no charge if possible.

Whether your jewelry needs a little TLC or your ring needs to be resized, contact the Ring Shop customer service team to arrange services and shipping. Once we receive your jewelry, we will inspect it and contact you to discuss your service needs.
