Q: I don’t need a diamond/stone because I already have one...but I love your jewelry! Do you sell blank ring mountings? Will you set my diamonds/stones into Ring Shop jewelry for me?
A: Yes, we do! While every custom request is unique, we will do everything possible to make your dream come true! Simply contact our customer service team and we’ll help you with your order.

Q: Can I buy a loose stone or diamond by itself?
A: Absolutely! Simply contact our customer service team for ordering details.

Q: I love a certain item on your website...but don’t see an option to customize it the way I want. How do I find out if I can request a metal or size that’s not provided on the site?
A: Our website lets you customize your ring -- whether it’s a different metal, stone shape, size or add special engraving. However, if you don’t see your preference as an option on our site, simply contact our customer service team to find out what’s possible.

Q: How do I design a custom ring? How long does it take?
A: Each custom design is unique, so they can vary in how long it takes to create your dream ring. Simply contact our customer service team. We’ll listen to what you want and review any sketches, descriptions or designs that you’ve dreamed of. We will work with you to create the jewelry of your dreams. Each project is unique and we will always do our best to make your idea come to life!

Q: Can I order a ring with a brushed, matte or satin finish? How much does it cost?
A: Yes, you can request a special finish for your ring. Simply enter your desired finish during checkout under “special instructions.” There is no additional cost for this request.

Q: Can I use foreign characters for engraving? Special engraving?
A: Yes, you can! If you don’t find the engraving options you require on our website, simply contact our customer service team for assistance with your special engraving request.

Q: Are your rings pre-made then resized to fit me, or are they made-to-order?
A: Every ring is made-to-order, made only for you to wear. In fact, you’ll be the first person to wear your ring!

Q: Can I order a ring in a quarter-finger size?
A: When ordering, select the lower size then enter the quarter size into the special instructions field. For example if you need a size 6.25, select size 6 in options, then write 6.25 in the special instructions field.

Q: I am planning a special proposal...and need the ring in time for a specific date! Can you expedite the order so I have it in time?
A: Absolutely! We want your special day to go off without a hitch! Contact customer service for assistance in arranging your order and to ensure your ring is delivered in time for your special proposal!

Q: If I send you my diamond/stone, will it be insured while in your possession?
A: Yes, and we promise to take very good care of it!

Q: I’m a little nervous to buy jewelry this special online...it looks beautiful, but I haven’t seen it in person. What if I don’t like it?
