Q: I recently moved and my credit card does not show my new address just yet. Can I still use this credit card?
A: Yes, but you will need to update your address. Please contact your credit card company and ask them to update your address. We will process your transaction when this is corrected.

Q: I don't have a credit card or my credit card does not have enough credit line for this purchase. Can I send a personal check? it?
A: Of course! Simply contact us to arrange the details of your request. Your order will be processed immediately after the check clears, which is typically 1-3 days depending on your bank’s policies.

Q: Can I pay by wire transfer?
A: Yes. Call us to arrange the details of your wire transfer. We will process your order immediately after funds arrive.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: No, we currently do not offer any financing options, however many customers have found our layaway program to be helpful. Contact our customer service team to discuss your options.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Internet tax laws are constantly changing. During checkout, our system will automatically calculate any sales tax depending on the state you enter.
